The Bombardier Hospitality Desk will be located on the first floor of the Westin in Congress Room 1 & 2. Our hours of operation are as follows: Thursday, June 14 2:00pm - 6:00pm Friday, June 15 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday, June 16 7:00am - 6:00 pm Sunday, June 17 7:00am - 9:00am Transportation from the Westin is provided for the following events at the following times: Friday, June 15 USGP Practice Sessions 8:00am 9:00am 10:00am Bombardier Karting Night 6:00pm Saturday, June 16 USGP Qualifying 8:00am 9:00am 10:00am Sunday, June 17 United States Grand Prix 7:45am 9:30am All buses will leave outside of the Westin. Updated transportation times will be included in your event packets distributed at the Bombardier Hospitality Desk the weekend of the race. Buses will return guests to the Airport and Westin immediately after the race concludes. About the Bombardier Karting Night It's your turn to drive at the Bombardier Karting Night, presented by Savannah Air Center, Friday, June 15th. This fun-filled evening will bring out the Michael Schumacher in everyone! Upon arrival at Fastimes Karting Center, participants will be given safety instructions and a brief training program. Each driver will be issued a racing suit and helmet. Then, it's off to the indoor track to select your kart and wait for the green flag to drop. Computerized timing and scoring is used to track each person's or team's results. A victory lap is given to the winner(s). Following the victory lap, a podium awards ceremony is presented to cap off the event. Food and beverages will be served throughout the evening to ensure drivers are properly "fueled up". Tentative Schedule of Events: 6:00pm Bus departs from Westin to Fastimes Indoor Karting 6:30pm Driver Registration & Training 7:00pm Bombardier Karting Competition 9:00pm Podium Awards Ceremony & Open Laps 10:00pm Return to Westin Note Dress Code: Casual dress and rubber-soled shoes (sneakers) are best for all participants. You will be given a racing suit to put on over your clothing, as well as a race helmet. About the Welcome Cocktail Reception After a day of USGP Qualifying or travel, please join us Saturday night for a welcome cocktail at the Westin Downtown Indianapolis. Dress is sporty casual. About the Race You and your guest will have the opportunity to experience all the Formula One action up close as your Bombardier Pagoda Pass will allow you access to the Pit Walk-About (times to be determined). On the Pit Walk-About you will get to see the F1 garages as the mechanics make the final touches on the cars. Best of all you will have the greatest seats in the house directly over the yard of bricks in the Bombardier Pagoda.
